Quad State Show

Must be a member of the Oldsmobile Club of America or your local state chapter to attend

Hotel Information

  • Doubletree & Conference Center (1701 4th St NW; Austin, MN)

  • $139/night + 10.875% tax per night

  • Call Reservations Department at (507) 433-1000 and identify yourself as a participant of MN Olds Club (Quad States 2025) to receive rate

  • Hotel cutoff date is August 12, 2025

Friday, September 12
7:00am - Registration and Silent Auction Opens
2:00pm - Depart hotel for SPAM Museum Tour 
7:00pm - Welcome Sociall (Nacho Bar/Cash Bar)

Saturday, September 13
7:00am - Registration and Silent Auction Opens
8:00am - Judge's Breakfast
10:00am - Judging Begins (all vehicles must be on the show field by 9:30am)
2:00pm - Silent Action Ends (winners can pick up their item any time after 2pm)
6:00pm - Banquet Happy Hour
7:00pm - Banquet & Awards
